Marin Ridge Builders is a Marin County–based general contracting firm offering full-service construction, rooted in nearly two decades of hands-on experience and exceptional craftsmanship. Founded by the licensed contractor behind Pristine Builders Group, the company reflects a natural progression — expanding in both vision and capability while building on a trusted reputation.

Following years of success under the Pristine Builders Group name, the rebrand marks a deliberate step forward, aligning the company with its long-term direction and increasingly refined body of work. COLM KEENAN

Colm KeenanCEO, General Contractor & Lead Builder Colm Keenan brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience to Marin Ridge Builders. Originally from Ireland, he began his career in the trades and worked his way up from foreman to founding his own company, driven by a deep passion for craftsmanship and leadership. Colm combines technical expertise with a practical management background, holding a degree in Management. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality. Colm takes pride in guiding clients through the building process and transforming their vision into thoughtfully executed homes. His work has been featured in Sunset Magazine and Architectural Digest, reflecting a standard of excellence recognized across the industry. Above all, he values the relationships built along the way, creating a collaborative and rewarding experience for every client.

RACHEL FARAC

Rachel Farac oversees operations with a focus on structure, efficiency, and client experience. She holds both a degree in Management and a Master's in Public Administration, bringing a strong foundation in leadership and organizational strategy. With over a decade of experience managing large-scale projects, including programs exceeding $300 million-Rachel is a seasoned project manager with a proven ability to deliver results. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Known for her reliability, consistency, and solution-oriented mindset, Rachel thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
