Marin Ridge Builders is a Marin County-based general contracting firm providing full-service construction, grounded in nearly two decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. The company was established after years of building and leading a successful construction business, with the goal of creating a more focused, independent entity aligned with a long-term vision for growth and refinement.

This next chapter reflects a deliberate evolution—one centered on elevated execution, clear and transparent communication, and a highly disciplined approach to building. Marin Ridge Builders is dedicated to delivering thoughtfully crafted spaces that are both enduring and precise in their detailing. COLM KEENAN

Colm Keenan brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience to Marin Ridge Builders. Originally from Ireland, he worked his way up through the trades-from carpenter to lead carpenter to foreman-before founding and operating his own company, built on a strong foundation of craftsmanship and leadership. Blending technical expertise with a degree in Management, Colm is known for his disciplined approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. He takes pride in guiding clients through the building process and delivering thoughtfully executed homes. His work has been featured in Sunset Magazine and Architectural Digest, reflecting a recognized standard of excellence. Outside of work, Colm enjoys spending time with his children and staying active through sports.

RACHEL FARAC

Rachel Farac oversees operations with a focus on structure, efficiency, and client experience. She holds both a degree in Management and a Master's in Public Administration, bringing a strong foundation in leadership and organizational strategy. With over a decade of experience managing large-scale projects, including programs exceeding $300 million-Rachel is a seasoned project manager with a proven ability to deliver results. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Known for her reliability, consistency, and solution-oriented mindset, Rachel thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Rachel enjoys volunteering, hosting events and doing sports with her kids.
